Ciara shared an interesting experiment with us on Monday. Using water and food coloring in a clear glass, Ciara added celery to explore the change food coloring would have on celery. Students made different predictions about what they thought would happen; maybe it would grow taller, change color, or sprout leaves. As the celery sat throughout the day, the kids were excited to see the change!
